Every version, in one place.
v2.4 is now live. The canonical MCP slug remains site-kubera-life (site 17, project 125). The first two cards compare the previous live website with its replacement; the remaining cards include v2.6 with Gabe’s feedback, v2.5’s copy refinement and the earlier design versions for reference.
The old-live link is pinned to deployment 03dd0607, commit 56a8b5052412. It remains unchanged while that deployment is retained. The main preview, preview-kubera-life.orcaru.ai, now follows v2.4 and is not the old-version archive.

Original: the pre-v2 live design has no recorded numeric version. No separate v1.9 or v2.1 site was found in Kubera project 125, including archived sites.
v2.4 source: site-kubera-life-v2-4-preview (site 32), design revision 95ebbaae3c62. The live release additionally preserves the existing support email and enables indexing only for production marketing pages.
Failed scaffold: site-kubera-life-v2-4 (site 31) remains partially provisioned and has no working URL. It is not the live website.
Release: v2.4 was copied through a feature PR into site-kubera-life and released through Orcaru's production gate. Existing domain ownership was retained. Production revision: 8d2ba8a58359. Design copy PR · Release preparation PR · Production release PR.
Verification: required quality checks and builds passed; apex and www, pricing, signup-dialog loading, and the previous-live snapshot were checked. No signup was submitted during verification.
